DIRECTING

Performative reading of contemporary play written for teenagers by Tomasz Daszczuk in the form of a concert for five conductors inside art gallery. Organised and performed during a Little Premieres Festival by actors of Puppet Theater in Wałbrzych: Piotr Bublewicz, Seweryn Mrożkiewicz, Kamil Król, Bożena Olizarowicz, Paweł Pawlik. “Young people from good and bad homes cannot cope with TIME, with the past, present, and future. With TIME of turning points, initiations, and decisions. They live in a world of verbs. Nouns to be done. TIME is a trap for them. TIME is an opportunity. TIME is also a waste of TIME. Will this generation also have its TIME? Or have they been robbed of their best TIME? Will they have their 5 MINUTES? They try to stop TIME. They make desperate attempts to connect with the past. Some family experiences prevent them from moving on. And when there is no one left to continue the family line?”
